The Illinois PGA Section has endorsed AmpliVox Sound Systems as the preferred sound equipment provider for its events. AmpliVox, a Bronze level partner of the IPGA, offers a wide range of sound system options as well as weatherproof lecterns, which enhance golf tournaments and other outdoor events.
Golf events require sound system products to be easily portable, unfailingly reliable, and capable of reaching large crowds with crystal clear sound amplification. Public address systems like AmpliVox's Digital Audio Travel Partner or Half Mile Hailer meet those requirements with ease, providing sound coverage for audiences up to 7,500 and up to 30,000 square feet. The IPGA has successfully used AmpliVox products in a multitude of settings, including:
- Tournament Player Announcements
- Hole in One Contests
- Shot Gun Starts
- Long Drive Contests
- Group Lessons
- Aware Ceremonies
AmpliVox also manufactures lecterns that are especially well suited to golf courses. Its Pinnacle line of weatherproof polyethylene lecterns can be ordered in official PGA blue, and its front panel can be customized witha club logo or other insignia.
"We're proud to partner with the Illinois PGA Section as its preferred sound system provider," noted Don Roth, CEO of AmpliVox. "Our products are a perfect match for golf tournaments, and we continue to develop and improve our sound system options to meet the challenges of outdoor events."
